York Gin Chocolate & Orange is inspired by festive favourite, the Terry’s Chocolate Orange, invented in York in 1932 and made in the city for decades. Serve neat over ice, in a festive G&T with an orange garnish and in Christmas cocktails - espresso Martini or a Gin Hot Chocolate with a slice of Chocolate Orange.

The York Gin shop is open seven days a week from 10.30am to 5.30pm (late opening until 7.30 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.)
Dog and child-friendly - the dogs get water, the kids get lemonade while the adult customers can enjoy tasters of any of the gins.
We also have a chalet at the St Nicholas Christmas Fair on Pavement that's open seven days a week.
Festive Gin Tastings & Mulled Gin Winter Warmers
We’re running Sparkly Christmas Gin Tastings after hours in our beautiful 16th Century shop.
You’ll get a welcome cocktail - the festive Fairytale of Old York - with edible 24-carat gold. Your York Gin Expert host will then introduce you to the full range of gins to taste and appreciate. The fascinating history of gin - with all its legends and incredible stories and the story of York Gin are part of your education.
And at the end you can choose a full G&T with the York Gin you loved most during the tasting.
We also have a horsebox on Drake Street near VisitYork and ASK, serving mulled Christmas cocktails and Gin Hot Chocolate - delicious, boozy winter warmers. We also have a pop-up bar in the Coppergate Centre next door to the Hole In Wand crazy gold and near Fenwick and the Jorvik Viking Centre.
