MORE DETAILS ABOUT THIS YORKSHIRE GIN
You can't spend long in York without coming face to face with its Viking past - and a name for Viking York is Jorvik.
We took inspiration from the double meaning of the name Jorvik – both the Viking name for York and the old Norse word for spring – to craft this special-edition gin.
The botanicals for this gin reflect York and Jorvik's Yorkshire hinterland.
Lavender and heather from the Yorkshire moors, liquorice from Pontefract cakes, ginger from Yorkshire Parkin and Yorkshrie white rose.
A medley of Yorkshire flavours which, alongside juniper, Szechuan pepper, angelica and oranges, provide a balance and complexity that Craft Gin Club members loved when this gin was first launched as a Gin of the Month in 2023.
This is a limited release for the winter and spring of 2025 only.
