York Distillery: a home of York Gin
York Distillery is a new boutique distillery from the makers of York Gin.
A working distillery, it will also house York Gin's five-star tasting classes, a gin school, and other events.
The distillery is a purpose-built space in the beautiful grounds of Middleton's Hotel within York's city walls on Skeldergate.
Guests will have the opportunity to see the gins being made, make their own gin to take home, and learn tricks and tips of gin and spirit tasting.
York Distillery is due to open later this year.
