Free delivery

We offer free delivery UK-wide on orders over £30.

In York, we deliver personally in our emission-free van. Local deliveries are usually on Tuesday and Friday (local deliveries are within three miles of the ring road). 

For the rest of the UK, we use

• Royal Mail for standard delivery

• FedEx (£4 extra) for tracked next-working day delivery (when ordered before noon)

 

Please note: The law says that an adult must be present for all alcohol deliveries.

Small print

Standard UK delivery (free on orders over £30) is with the Royal Mail signed-for service. 

FedEx service with tracked UK delivery is available with a £4 supplement.

York deliveries: we hand-deliver for free on orders over £30 using our emission-free electric van.

Returns

Your gin should arrive in perfect condition. If, in the very unlikely event that it doesn't, please contact us immediately.

We ask customers to provide evidence of the condition of the goods before we replace any damaged goods. 

Your statutory rights are not affected. We cannot accept returns of open bottles of alcohol.

For non-alcohol products, returns are accepted as long as they are in their original condition, within 30 days of purchase.

We process all claims within 10 working days.
