This vodka marks the year 866, when the Vikings invaded and settled in York – creating Jorvik, capital of the Kingdom of Northumbria.
Forged within the ancient city walls in the copper stills of York Distillery, this vodka unites the best of Yorkshire and Scandinavia. Its pure base spirit is distilled near York from grain grown entirely on Yorkshire farms.
Subtle vanilla comes from hardy sea buckthorn, which thrives in the harsh Norse climate, while hedgerow berries bring gentle sweetness once prized by the Vikings.
Made in York’s first legal distillery and powered by green energy. Diluted with the purest filtered Yorkshire water.

50ml Vodka, plenty of ice, a premium tonic & add a citrus garnish.

Add your vodka and vermouth to ice - and shake or stir, according to taste.
To garnish, add a berry or two, or a twist of lemon,

Add ice and 866 Viking Vodka to a hi-ball glass or tumbler, add tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce or Henderson’s Relish, Tabasco & pepper.
